If you receive a defective furniture product. We ask that any claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. Once we've received your photos, we can process a refund or repair. The decision will be made as soon as we have clear photographic evidence to ascertain the extent of damage. Items are not eligible for a refund unless they are picked up by our team on return. This may take 2-3 weeks.
